AR11 while on AC21

I changed my company recently using AC21. I changed my address as well. while filling the AR11 form, their are two fields

1. You are in United States as Student, Visitor, Permanent Resident and Other. For us it is obviously "Other", but I have to specify. Can I fill it in as AOS (I-485)

2. If not permanent resident, when is ur stay expiring. What should I fill it in here.
