AR11 rule - Is INS enforcing the 10 day rule

Hi Folks,
It has been 3 weeks since I moved. I just saw that under AR11 you have to file in 10 days. What does one do? How to file now?

Just send out the AR -11 to Washington DC and my lawyer suggested to send one copy of AR-11 to INS vermont also. I did the same then I called INS after 10 days, it was not updated. I gave new address over the phone to IIO.
 
Why think...

.. why wait for INS to enforce. Can't you just follow the rules. What happens if yours is the 1st one INS enforces.
 
tiredofgc - I did exactly what rangav did

- Called IIO and did the change over the phone.
- Attorney sent a copy of Ar-11 to Washington DC
- Attorny sent a AR-11 to VSC.
- Called IIO again after about 2 months if the change in address was incorporated in their database.... the change was done.
