My 485 is pending in Nebraska. As my old attorney is not supporting me any more and 485 receipt has his address, i called NSC and updated address. They updated, but sent a notice to me saying that if you have not filed AR11, file it immediately other wise it is violation of immigration law etc.
But actually there is no chnage in resedentioal address. Can i just write back to them saying there is no real change in resedential address and only i wanted correpondence to be sent to my address instead? or should i call them again?
