On AR11 application there are cloumns 'Port of Entry Into U.S.' and 'Date of Entry Into U.S.'

Do I have mention the port and date of my first entry or the latest entry?

I got my GC 4 years back and recently went out U.S. and came back.

Also, I forgot to file AR11 for the last move. It's been 2 years since I moved to my current address. Is this going to be a problem during my citizenship application?

Thanks in advance,
Kudi Magan.

Most people use their last POE and DOE.

After 9/11, DHS has become more strict. Now, not filing AR11 is ground for deportation.
However, there has been a discussion about that on the forum. I liked someone's comments : if the speed limit is 65 and your limit is 67, theoritically, you could be prosecuted. However, it is very very unlikely.
Same for AR11.

Next time you move, do not forget to file it within 10 days of your move : there is no fee with this form, just postage stamps.

I am not sure wether you should file it now though.
My personal opinion is that it does not matter too much for naturalization.
