Hi All .
Please advise me
1. I am a consultant and move from place to place.
2. These days I am sharing an apt with someone and my name is not on the lease.(IN NJ)
3. Also I have maintained one friends address in MA for receiving all my mails.
This all started ariound Oct before which I had a residence in IA,
My questions are
1. I did not send a AR11. Can I do it now .if yes what address do i show (the MA one or where I am sharing in NJ????)
2. Is my situation OK. I am just getting concerned since I am officially living nowhere, I mean how will i prove it (my name is not on any lease ... although my bills come on the MA address will that be sufficient)
My I140 is pending with CA and I am getting concerned that the above situation shouldn't cause any problems.
