If you join and a new j1 program, get a new j1 and move to new address. And then leave USA within a week of moving to new address. On return to USA, new I-94 is issued. I was told that in this case you're not required to submit AR11 becuase you're admitted within 10 days of moving to the new address?
Is this true?
