some more questions
hi sn99
thanks for your reply, now as it has to be with life's fine ironies, I posted this yesterday and today I got an address change confirmation with my FP Notification which was sent to my old address, sent back to INS and they sent it back in the same envelope to my new address. - What a bummer, luckily my lawyer too gets the FP and I completed my FP after she sent me the original one.
Now the letter I got is undated and has come from VSC. Its not addressed to me, its just a memo type letter
It says
"Dear Sir / Madam
We have received notification that your address has changed recently, if this is not correct, please contact the Service Center immediately.
If your address has changed you must also complete an AR-11 Change of address form and mail it to the following addresss in order to process your address change.
.... the London,KY address ......(post box one) ....
.. some more stuff on who has to file an AR-11 ....
Please disregard this notice if you have submitted an AR-11 form to DHS/USCIS within the last 2 weeks to the address listed above."
This is signed, Sandra T Bushey and has a copy of the AR-11 on the other side of the letter
Three questions I have are
1) Did your letter look the same ??
2) Now, I had submitted the AR-11 and it reached them on December 30, 2004. Even though I had submitted it to London,KY 40272, the tracking shows the zip code as 40271, not 40272. Did anybody notice this and is this correct / okay ?
3) Should I submit another one again, because i got this letter, would that be better ????
Thanks !

If you confirmed, it should be okay. Though I got confirmation of address change for me and my spouse.
