I changed my address and am going to fill up AR-11.
I'm in 485 pending status. I'm wondering
How to fill "... MY STAY IN THE U.S. EXPIRES ON: (Date)"?

I had the same question. I filed it recently. I was suggested by my lawyer to put this: "N/A (AOS Applicant)".
AFAIK, the expiry of a stay makes sense for those who are here on a temporary visa.
