AR - 11 Question Please Help - Thanks.

My wife and sons will be travelling to india for 2 months. I will be moving to a new apartment when they are in India and they will join me in the new address after 2 months. My question is can they send their AR - 11 when they come back from India? or should it be sent before they leave for India?
