AR-11 Port of Entry Question

The AR-11 asks for the port of entry and date. Now, the general consensus seems to be the LAST POE and DOE.

However, the last time I physically left the country and came back was from Tijuana into San Yisidro around 97, I forgot and can't find the old passport with that stamp.

My last adjustment of status was the I-551 stamp when I got approved for PR, back in Feb 01 in National City.

Would it technically be ok and correct to just put National City (or San Diego) and Feb 01 as my POE/ DOE on the AR-11?

Thank you!

I would just put San Yisidro and 1997 as date in there. They don't really care about that, anyway.
On a different note, is there a DO in National City? I thought the DO is in downtown San Diego.

Hmm... well the stamp says DO 285? and SND (which I'm assuming is San Diego), but I could have sworn the place we went was in National City. Course, that was 5 years ago and I wasn't too familiar with SD back then, so I could be wrong. I'm almost dead sure it wasn't downtown though.

According to http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/sandiego/aboutus.htm#anchor1621545 they have an office in Chula Vista.
The main office is indeed in Downtown SD, on Front Street.
I have lived in SD county for a while, so I know the area a bit...

Oh, I meant I'm dead sure I didn't go to downtown to get my PR. I was sure they do have an office in downtown, that would make sense.

So I'm thinking I got my PR in CV then, since its so close to National City, I probably just thought it was NC.
