Hi guys, I guess, it's been discussed already... wanted to make sure. In the family based case and change of address:
1? Sponsor files I-865? It says it must be filed at the service senter with j/n over place of residence. Well since I-130 is pending at NBC, shouldn't it be sent to Missouri SC. NSC, CSS or VSC has nothing to do with it. SO do we file that to Missouri (NBC) or one of the above places.
2? For AR-11 (alien spouse)) it gives the following address:
U.S Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration
Change of Address
PO Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134
Am I correct? We are not moving out of state. We actualy move even in the same county but I am not sure where to send these 2 forms. Vermont SC is with j/n over our place of residence. But we've never sent anything to Vermont. ANd I can't find the logic of sending I-865 there instead of to NBC where all our docs are?
I would appreciate any help of people (family-based) who went through change of address recently.
