AR-11 - Help needed

Hi Everyone,

I got my GC about 8 months back.

Now I moved to a new address and I have sent AR-11 for both me and my wife thru certified mail and I also got the return receipts. I have following questions

1. Is there any phone number that I can call and verify if Address Change is updated.

2. I mailed AR-11 only to the address mentioned in the form (BCIS, London, KY). Should I also inform VSC or local INS office which is INS Newark? My GC is already approved and I do not have any more pending petitions.

How long does US postal service keep their records?
We might need their records if we lose our own.
There are way too many records to keep at home-
taxes, medical, whatever and AR-11 is not even
that important
