Both my NIW and EB1 were approved within 2 months in VSC in Feb. Now I am in I485 phase. One question regarding on address-change issue. I have been in the US for many years, never formally informed INS my address change. I used my current address for I140 and I485, do I still need to fill out the AR-11 form. Also does any one know if this 10-day law is retroactive or not. Many thanks
