Can someone tell me whether AR-11 form to be filed by a H1B holder to notify change of home address. I have not filed while changing my home address 6 months ago. If it has to be filed now, what should I do ?

AR-11 has to be filed for change of address by everyone except US citizen. It needs to be done within 10 days of moving but it is not too late to file it now.
