I am about to fill out my N-400 and have some questions about listing my addresses from the past 5 years. Here is my situation:
2008-2009 summer: I was in college, had a rental apt address, but permanent address was at my parents' address
2009 fall-2012 summer: for 3 years I had a full time job, no longer a "dependent" on my parents' tax filings (filed my own taxes for those 3 years), and lived in a different state for work. I did not get to report the address change (AR-11) until some time in 2010 or 2011 because my parents insisted that I had to go get my new Driver's License in that new state in order to document my "official" address change, and I didn't get my new license till 2010 or 2011. BUT on all my tax report, utility bills, rent, credit card billing address, my address changed in fall of 2009.
2012 fall - current: same story. I moved to another state to go back to school in August 2012 (and all my bank, rent, utility bill address changed), but didn't get my license in this state until December, which is when I ended up filing the AR-11 for an "official" address change.
QUESTION 1: on the N-400, for the "past 5 years' address" section, should I report the actual moving date (as reflected on all my bills, credit card statement, etc) or the date I managed to fill out the AR-11 since that was my "official" change of address with the government?
QUESTION 2: will it be a problem in the N-400 process that I didn't get to fill out the AR-11 within 10 days twice?
QUESTION 3: Can I file the N-400 now or do I have to wait 3 months after the submission of the latest AR-11 before I can submit the N-400?
