I become eligible for citizenship at the end of the year. I will be filing the papers 90 days before the eligibility date and realized that I haven't filed a change of address form since the day I got my GC. My INS file was originally in NSC but since I live in CA, I assume the INS file should now be in the CSC.
The question(s) I have are:
1. Am I screwed? I just realized I needed to file that form within 10 days of moving and it has been almost 5 years since I moved. Yikes
2. Since I need to file the form immediately, what address should I state as my last address? Would this be the last known address to the INS? Or should this be the last address I had after I moved to CA?
3. What should the last port of entry be? I hopped over the border to Mexico for a few hours and walked back over the border the last time. Would this constitute the last entry point into the US? They don't do anything other than swipe your GC when you reenter from Canada or Mexico.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks...
