AR-11 Address

I have read from the forum that people call the 1 (800) 375-5283 number to verify address change. I sent in AR-11 3 months ago and to be safe I called the center this morning: The lady answered the phone told me that there is no way for her to verify my address in the database, and I should have sent another AR-11 to Vermont instead of to the address listed on AR-11. I was very confused. Anybody who has experience with updating your address on the phone, why she cannot verify my address?

If you are trying to verify your address change on 140 they would not verify.

If for 485, 763, 131 etc tell her that you will read the address and ask her to verify if that is updated. Ask for a tier 2 officer if ahe says she cannot help.

If your Local Service center is not crowded, you can also walk in and ask the officer to verify your address change an say that you are not sure if you are getting all the mails from USCIS.
