My Dear Brothers and Sisters

After 6 yrs of mental torture, getting underpaid tremendously by AMERICAN Companies, and paying Lawyers close to $25,000 (US) my after tax hard earned money, Today, by the Grace of Almighty Lord, our cases are approved per online today.

Now, we await Approval Letter and following actions (Passport stamping, Card etc.).

GUYS Don't blame Desi Companies. American Companies are not Better as I have read a lot about Desi Companies.

May GOD BLESS US ALL. May GOD bring approval soon to all of you.

This is great forum. Please don't pollute with hatred. No matter what, we are all human beings and children of one GOD. Remember, all rivers lead to one final destination.

May GOD Bless Rajiv Khanna for maintaing this great informative site.

May all of us Indians one day contribute like Rajiv Khanna for humanity.

came to US in 1991. Got laid off in 1992. 1993 went back to India. Came back in 1997. It has been very painful journey. Electrical Engineer not a Computer Consultant like most of us Indians right now. Lived basically painful life thus far. Any questions, please feel free to ask me.

You are right, non-desi companies sure know how to take advantage of your lack of GC.

And I consider myself frustrated! I can imagine what you would have gone through.

listen...we are all happy for you...really!....good luck going forward....but don't tell me your misery was the direct result of an 'American" company....that's bull. You need to be on top man!!...confident...stong...aggressive...change your ways....all that. I've been on h1s and now on EAD for 6 years and never have I been taken for a ride or treated like sh*t for not having a "greeen card"....I don't buy that. anyway...good luck with your future dude....be happy.

Shyradish, Thanks for your suggestions. I work in a industry which is different from computer industry. There are a very few companies which sponsor or hire people on H1. Anyway, it is all water under the bridge.
