Got the approval letter by mail for me and wife.
Thank you guys for giving so much support.
The status online has not changed yet.
The last update date got modified changed from 02/20/2004 to 05/21/2004 but mesg stayed the same. Guess it was mailed out that day.

Recenlty requested my lawyer to work with AILA

My co-worker who had applied for GC along with for the same advt got his application approved a year ago. So each passing day was so frustrating. And my feeling after seeing the approval letter was just relief more than joy.
 
My Last Updated date shows 5/17/2004 ,No status Change

Congrats on your approval.In BCIS registered Website My last updated dated for me and my wife 485 Applications are changed from 2/24/2004 to 5/17/2004.However online or Phone message still shows fingerprint received in Aug'02.My pending EAD's shows notice date of 3/9/04.They have not changed.Could you please let me know when do you notice your lastupdate date changed .Is it today or 21st of May.When was your last address Change.My address change was 1/2004.I pray for surprised approvals in a mail.Thanks

Congratulations dude...
So now they are playing this game as well... apprently they can do anything they want to and nobody is there to stop them ....
 
I noticed the change of date 21st itself. After seeing the date change was so excited and clicked on the reciept # to see the message. To my disgust there was this same old message. Then it was back to "it will be tomorrow" mode. But I was joking to my wife that they must have mailed out our approval notice so we should have it by end of the week. Guess we have to keep speculating this and that, and if it happens just say 'didn't I say so'. I have been enjoying other members speculation, theory.. keep them coming even if they are stupid, may be all these IIO are wasting time browsing these forums without processing these cases.

-Want to add that I did not receive email when the last update date was changed. (I had signed-up for it)
