Aproved I-140 Nov/Dec 2003 - tracker

I found not many people filed I-140 on Nov 2003,
And I have not seen any aproved applicaiton on that.
So, what about starting a tracking on those two months.

On Sep 21st..the message was We sent a notice for requesting additional information..

But we( Employer or Lawyer) didnt recieve any letter so for..


Now on Oct 5th..this is message

"On October 5, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

what is this mean?

I filed Concurently 140/485..my RD are 07/28/03. EB3 Case..
 
Pending I140

My I140 has a receipt date of Nov 12'03. Some applications filed together with mine have been approved. (advanced degree category).
But the processing times are 1 month ahead of the date.
ANd, I havent heard anything at all from the USCIS. Anybody having a similar problem?
 
You cannot (actually nobody) can predict the way USCIS processes the applications and how they come out with the processing dates....

One thing I can tell you is that you are not alone...there are a lot of applicants who haven't heard anything even though the current processing dates published has crossed their RDs.

Hope USCIS's future processing dates reflect the true picture of whatever cases they are actually processing....
 
Pending I140

So if the processing dates show Dec and we filed before that , but havent had any case status update, is there anything we can do , other than wait to hear from them?
