Hi Friend,

You mentioned that your interview was done in July 2007. Was this about Citizenship test?

My citizenship test was completed on Sep12, 2005 and i have been waiting since for my background check. On September 27, 2007 I was told by my attorney that my background check is cleared and i have a 2nd FP on Oct 25th.

Will there be an interview after this 2nd FP or should I be waiting for my oath letter? Please clarify the confusion of interview and oath that i have been reading on this message boards.

I am pretty sure you will just have to take the oath and you'll be done, but since it has been over 2 yrs since you had your interview, they may want to go over your N-400 real quick just to verify your employment, address and other relevant details that they may think needs to be updated in their system, that's all.
