AP got approved today finally
RD: July 11, 2003
ND :July 14, 2003
after a harried wait / multiple postponments - finally saw the staus changed online few minutes ago

This case has been approved. On January 20, 2004, an approval notice was mailed.

Will be trying to get out of US this weekend.
Looking forward to BCIS response to the lawsuit.

Did you get any RFE's/re-fingerprinting or was it a totally unexpected approval?
 
It must be an AP.
As you can see, he specified that "they will try to get out of US this weekend".
Anyway, very confusing post ... :confused:

Was what made me think it was a AOS approval, but I guess 2003 ND is a little too soon even for INS. So going to delete my post on the Jan approvals thread. So it probably is AP.

Could you please clarify the situation.
 
Yes, mazdur_desi's approval was for AP at the CSC. It was one of the mid-July applications that was pending, along with mine and some others. I am still waiting for approval.
