April Cases Adjudication and likely Ohata Memo Implementation Schedule at VSC.

With Divsan's I-140 Approval its clear that the ohata Memo regarding Simaltaneous Adjudication of I-140/485 cases will not be for cases filed from April 1st.

Any thoughts on what dates would the VSC make the Cut-off for applying this Rule?
