April case approved!

Hi All,

I just check my mailbox today and got my approval notice!

Case detail:
EB2-RIR, China
PD: 4/01
RD: 4/18/01
ND: 6/12/01
EAD: 8/23/01 ( never received, went to INS to get one)
AP: 7/01
FP done: 11/23/01 (notice 10/00, scheduled 11/24/00 )
WAC-01-210-xxxxx
Approval date: 2/6/02
Haven\'t check AVM yet but it was still "One Dec 29... processing resumed..." on 2/7/02 since 1/3/02.

Will go to SJ INS to have passport stamped next week.

Twin case...congrats

First of all, congratulation. I\'m the one next to you in PCee\'s list, identical dates and same trouble with the EAD card (they forgot to order it) which make me think we were handled by the same...officer (I would have said something else but let\'s be good).

My case is still pending because I failed to check my wife medical, the doctor forgot to cross one of the tests and she got an RFE. Also my kid turned 14 and now they wanted the G325A form for him. Hope other people will pay attention to these datails.

The only good news is that the case was really processed and I\'ve just to wait a little bit longer. The 12/29 blah blah really means something.
