I got stamped on April 12th still I haven't received my cards and not even there was an LUD. Is there any one like me? Do i need to worry about this or take it easy and wait for the cards.
 
We were stamped on April 14th. Cards were received this week 05/24. Just wait for one more week...

My card says E37 and wife E39. So we were approved in EB3 and it is a miracle with retrogression in effect. Atleast once in a while one needs a miracle and I got it at the end of the process.

did you get approved in eb2 or eb3?

Reason I ask is that there was an open question whether they used your childs country of birth for you and your wife.

Recently I worked on a case where person received RFE for ability to pay and to switch to eb3. similar to your case.

She wasn't qualified for eb2 and asked to change to eb3. However, on her approval notice, they approved it in eb2.

Please let us know.

some update

Received e-mails yesterday evening that the application is approved and card is ordered.. Thanks and Good Luck..
 
I did my pp stamping on 05/02/2005 and today I received 10 emails (5 for me and 5 for my spouse) saying that Card mailed on 05/26/2005.
