April AP still waiting for approval on CSC

Any one applied for AP on April and still waiting for approval on CSC center

I saw some cases who applied on May and got approved. while I applied on April 22nd and still waiting.


Also can I go to San Jose office and apply for Emergeny AP or it should be on CSC center only.
