April 29 RFE received by NSC. Does anyone get the same message?!

AVM message:
On April 29 2002, we received your response to our request for
additional information. It takes between 360 and 390 days
to process this case. However, because preliminary process was
completed before the request for the additional material ,
the remaining days to process this case are approximately
390 days. You will receive written decision in this case.
Is anybody has the same message? Is it reasonable for the remaining days?
How to understand?

I was geeting the same message till today.

But when I checked today evening it says my case has been transfered to local ASC.

when is your rd and nd? do you why they did schedule for the local INS?

I was also surprised then I learnt that everyone who submitted their response to RFE gets the same message.
