Good that EB1 for India has moved to 2005! Hope FBI clears pending cases fast..if not ..this movement has no meaning for many of us who are struck in the FBI mess!

Thank you very much for your valuable input. I got your points. My attorney wants to get a letter from my boss, chair and HR about my permanent job title. After 3 years of post doc since last year Jan. 2005 i have been working as a research assistant. Hopefully things will work out.
