Hi Guys,

I filed my I-140/EAD/AP/485 (concurrent, EB3) at VSC on the 29th of April and got receipts with Receipt dates as May 14th, 2004.

1. How long is it taking for I-140 and EAD?
2. Will my I-140 be processed and issued first or is it kept on the shelf until they start on my 485?
3. Any of you have similar cases.

I'd appreciate if you share your info with me.

EAD for me came exactly in 90 days. Heard that they are currently processing Apr 2004 EADs. I-140 is supposedly taking 9 - 12 mons.

I140 will be issued first.

Mine was filed on Feb 25, 2004 (Receipt Date). Even I am looking for answer to what are current dates for I-485? Any1 know about it?
 
Hi,

I received an email saying that my EAD has been approved! Well, still waiting on 140 approval.

Heard that NSC is issuing 140s in 30 days or so.
 
Got EAD and AP for my wife in 90 days including RFE and bounced check problem.

485, EAD, AP filing date: March 15th 2004.
