Havent seen any approvals since April 16th.
I talked to my lawyer. She was told by an BICS officer that 485 processing is currently frozen. Does anyone know about this? When are they expected to resume?
 
Don't know about you guys, but I have been seeing a lot of bad advice been bandied about by so called lawyers. Is it that the lawyers are getting bad or us smarter?

Saw a post earlier today where someone with an approved 485, wanted to take his wife (H4/adjustee) to Canada without her AP. The lawyer was like sure no problem go ahead!

No wonder AILA is sitting twiddling their thumbs. They are incompetent to fight for us!
