My case has been approved.
It is a long time. I keeping calling UCIS, FBI name check cleared a few month ago. Expediate request denied. 3 weeks ago, I asked senator for help, they initiated a request for me, last week, and then get approved. Good luck for
every body.

which senator office from you requested. I was requesting from Newjersy senator office..They are not doing any thing.

Did you get response back from the senator.?

Even I sought senator's help and got response back from senator syaing case is pending review with an officer and I will hear back in 60 days.

Just curious to know what was the response for you.

1st I-140 1997, denied 1999.
2nd I-140 , June 2001, Aproved 2002, March.
RD 485 April 2002, FP1 Nov. 2002, FP2 Dec. 2003.
EAD1, EAD2, EAD3.
After I called, Faxed FBI, and get response name check completed 3 month ago. Called UCIS, nothing, they ask me to file the address change form, actually I filed the form every time when I change the address, and the address in their database is correct, I think they just find unrelavant some word to response us. Then I sended an expediate request, and write letter
to the director of VSC, He said due to routine back ground check delay from lacking of manpower, the case is pending, and he can not tell me how long
I had to wait. I contact senator Bill Frist, lead of majority, at TN, and his
initiate an inquiry, BCIS responsed that I should expect to receive updated processing information in 30-60 days, and just two days later, it was approved.
