My case has been approved 7/23/2004 according to Online Message.
Wife applied for 485 in Nov 2002 and her case is still under process.
She has not received Second FP Notice either.

Thanks a lot to Forum members for providing useful info and sharing their experiences

My LUD in USCIS Portfolio was 4/28/04 prior to the approval on 7/23/04. I do not know whether it was Change Of Address update ( I informed Change of Address in Apr 04 ) or receipt of the Second FP update (2nd FP was done on 4/23/04)

But my Online Status was always showing Receipt of First Finger print in June 2002, process resumed ....blah blah till the approval.
