April 2002(8,9,10) Filers did not receive FP Notice

Many, who has ND as April 8,9,10 of 2002 did not receive FP Notice so far, I am one among them. Please post if any body received FP Notice recently.

My ND is March 22,2002 and I did not recieve it till Nov 2002. There was some confusion about fee change during that time and mine was also stuck 'coz of that. After numerous calls to IIO, I finally got it in Nov 2002. However, INS online status never changed for them sending the notice or getting it back( I am not sure whether they have got it back or not). I am also not sure if they update the INS online case status to reflect new Fp Notices they send or the results they receive.


Did anybody see a change with FP info recently?......
 
my wife's I-485 ND is 04/10/02 and no FP yet!!!

... and the attorney is unwilling to do anything... telling me to just wait!!!!!!! Has anybody got it by any extraordinary method, please post it here.

Yes, Attorney will not do anything. That is one thing sure of. But there is one very good rule which you can talk to him is the
" Manual finger Printing after 210 days from your receipt date " . Ask your attorney to use that rule and call the IIO. They will definitely do that.

If not you can call IIO and ask them about order for manual finger printing after 210 days.

If not the above scenarios. Use the scenario i used.

In my case, my attorney didnt agree to do it, so i asked my HR and she did a conference call to IIO and then myself and HR spoke to IIO. The IIO was very helpful and so he ordered the manual finger printing and i got the finger printing notice to me after 1 month (from the day i spoke to IIO). then it took 15 days to update the status to " FP received and resume.........."
