1. What does this status message mean?
On November 10, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in SAN FRANCISCO, CA for them to schedule and conduct your interview.

Saw this message on a couple of cases

2. What does this status message mean?
On November 9, 2004, the card order was completed and we mailed the applicant & #39 ; s new card directly to him or her

In all, atleast 7 (5 - 485 AND 2 - 140) applications where touched in the first week of November)

Does this mean that USCIS has begun processing April 04 apps as well?

1 means the applicant is getting a local onterview. 2 means the plastic card was mailed. I think it's very obvious that CSC is trying to process 304 cases out of 30 - 50 everyday so they can move the JIT to March!! I saw less than 20% Feb 10 cases were processed.
