I am under TN and it expires on July 1st. I applied for an H1B under premium processing (consular processing) on april 1st and as of today, i have not received any receipts in the mail nor they have cashed the checks as of the 10th (none of them)...(when I filed for the TN they cashed checks same day and got receipt about 3-4 days after they got my i-129)..
I read a post that the 15 day period for premium processing response started on April 7th. I also read that unless we send out a prepaid stamped enveloped (which I did not send it) that we would have to wait for the batch mailing...should I have received my receipt by now? should I be concerned?
