Apr 29 RD - Approved :-)

[INS Nightmare]

My RD is apr 29 and ND sometime in June
(India, EB2 , PD sometine in sept 1999
labor done in Colorado, 140 in Neb, 485 in VSC)
485 was approved on Feb 8.
My wife\'s 485 is still pending.(Applied together)May be approved in
couple of days.
I am sure all april cases should be hearing approval msgs
sometime next week. Good Luck !

Note for "No birth certificate" people

I got 3 affidavits from 2nd circle relatives (paternal uncle etc)
affidavit was done well in Rs. 10 stamped paper with lawyer
attestation etc.. NO RFE was received. I did not even submit
my Indian Embassy birth certificate equivalent.
So dont panic if you dont have Birth Certificate.
Well.. if you could get one easily then go ahead and get it...

Congratulations! DId you get non availability certificate? in addition to above mentioned affidavits? if so where can you get the non availabilty certificate?
Did you include all previous H1B\'s or just the current?
