Apr 2004 concurrent case approved

Just got approved !!!.

Filed mid April 2004

Concurrent I140 (EB1) and I485 (myself and spouse), all approved together.

reading the forums has been a source of hope and support over the last year, thanks to all.

Gives us a lot of hope. CSC is at least approving.
What time of the day you have got approval? Just Curious.

My RD for both I140&I485 is Jun 9, 2004.
When can I expect approval? Anybody gives me a good insight.

Without LUD change, Statement has bee changed from "360 to 360" to "350 to 360". Isn't it interesting? Anybody has same experience?

I got the emails at night, I am sure there were not there around 8pm and then at 11:00pm I saw them...

Before the approval the status was 360-360 days

Its the same for me.

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on February 3, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 350 and 360 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

Did they change the dates for everybody?
