Folks....

My Case has been approved as per the online system..
My spouse's case still has the old message...not sure if this is coz her case has not been approved or wasn't updated...
I guess/hope its the latter......

1st FP Mar 2002
2nd FP Aug2003
3rd Fp 21dec2003

RFE in Nov...for letter from employer..paystubs and 2yrs W2 + tax returns.


Been with the same employer...changed address once....within same city.....

you mind posting your dates for rfe issues/received by INS , it will help others understand the trend..

Not sure of the exact dates...
Rfe was generated sometime in first week of october...
and the response was recevied by INS on the 22nd or 23 of OCT...
