Looks like INS goes by FP expiration date[May-June2002] irrespective of Nov01-Mar02 RD Cases..

It still seems that they are giving priority to the FP1 date, as far as possible. Don't have a clue how long this continues.

Yes, this fact is well established. The reason why my case was touched in the first place was an early FP.
