Hi all,
Mine and wife's cases are approved in Jul 28th. Happened right in the middle of our move and checked it couple of days late.
I have couple of questions :
* I gave forwarding address in USPS and have not updated BCIS yet. Will the approval letters be forwarded to new address?
* How long does it take for the approval letters to come? The status says they are mailed on Jul 28th.


I wish you all the best and hope that the long overdue cases are approved at the earliest.

Don't have answer to yoru q's, but rely on your laywer!!

Please keep us posted, then. Many of us have moved during the LONG LONG waiting period.

I remembered people saying their EAD was forwarded by USPS. But I am not sure about approval notice. If there is no sign of "Do Not Forward", it may be forwarded.

Please let us know your results, as many of us keep moving during this LONG waiting period.
 
congratulations! I think usps is not supposed to forward the BCIS mail, but they make a mistake sometimes and do!

I think you should rely on your lawyer!

If you miss also. It is not prob. Your lawyer will get it. I had the same situation.

In my experience, they were always forwarding mail (I moved three times)
