On Tuesday July 29th, I could not believe that our cases got approved especially since our receipt date was in March 2002.

So guys enjoy... you will be hearing the good news soon!

No RFE, never changed employer or applied for change of address during I-485.

I'm really happy to see March approval. I wish this is not some special case like ageout,....
 
Is this really true. . .
I am excited to see a march approval.But that makes me worry about the left overs since Oct'01. How can we leave our buddy's behind and enjoy. I would like to have my approval soon, but I wish all the others who applied before us also should get before approvals us.

Any guess why march case got approved ?
 
Nobody need to doubt this case because this guy is a senior member here (hanging around this forum for more than a year).
I will not be surprised if we see some more march approvals.

This is what I think..!
Since the backlog is more, more and more cases are subjected to 2nd FP...Few are unavoidable and has to be FP2ed..
So Probably BCIS now is taking up FP1-done in May/June[Which would expire in [Aug/Sep] - RD's of Oct02-thru Mar03 [scope of their working RD's] so as to avoid FP2.
Just my guess.
