1st Labor:
Applied for my regular labor in Aug'97.

2nd Labor:
Abandoned and started fresh RIR labor in Dec' 00.
140 approved in Dec.01

Same Co since 1st labor. Applied for 7th year H1 extension. Had some rough delays due to couple of attorney misinformation.

With my 1st labor this would have been at least 6 years!

Honestly, I was anticipating something from BCIS this Thanksgiving or Christmas , considering their notoriety for RFEs & local transfers. I really don't know why this process can't be automated. You can certainly have approvals in days.

Automated approval processing? NO! That will not happen in the near or distant future :) Everybody will cry foul ... security, job security, etc.. etc...
 
Congrats. I can understand what a relief this one is for you.
It's nice to see more and more Jan'02 cases pouring in here.
After 3 horrible days, we have some cheers today.
