Thanks To God. After 5 long years waiting, Finally got approved.

FD 4/20/2002


Just got an email from my attorney and my company's legal dept.

Seems TSC still alive and keeps moving. The light is ahead. Good luck to all of you.
 
Weird ...

There are so many cases filed early 2001 and still waiting. But so far there has been 2 cases filed this year (one filed in March!) and approved already. Beats me ...
 
it also depends

on ur labor dates and this poor guy has been in this for 5 years and i think he and people like him deserve a break.

ThanksToGod, In the tracker (www.e-nairobi.com/aos) you entered your PD as 1/1/2000

But you said you were in the GC process for 5 years. PD of 1/1/ 2000 would mean you were in the process for 2 years and 8 months.

Also, you posted here your FP 4/20/2002 but in the tracker you entered as 3/28/2002

Can you clarify both the things. Thanks for psting your data.
 
It's a long story about my case. The PD entered is not acurate. I even don't know the exact PD date! AS of the FD, I dont have the receipt on hand. it's around the end of March. Looke like if you got fingerprint, it's not too far away to get approved.
