After triple-checking AVM,my emotion went up to the roof,
but 10 minutes later after I saw a new H-1B LCA posting
on my company\'s bulletin board showing a salary 20% higher
than mine, I was knocked down again. Hey, guys, I appreciate
your upcoming greetings, but let\'s be practical, give me
some advice as to when exactly I can change job??!!

You can change the job TODAY (If you can find a good one $$$)

Some new law said" after you file your I-485 more than 180 days , you can change your job .... "
So, I will say "TODAY"
