My case was approved on June 5. Thank the forum for all helps in past almost 4 years.
I did not do anything in the first 3 years and then started to write letters to congressman, senator, FL and FBI, etc. I did infopass twice and had all things ready for WOM. At this time, my case was approved.
I wish I start my action earlier. My experience is do whatever you can legally do which had and will directly and indirectly help all of our applicants.

LUD 3 Feb 2008, June 2, 3, 4, 2008 (my lawyer got a call from TSC for TB test in late May, FedEx results to TSC on May 29, 2008).
