Approved!!!

My I-485 got approved yesterday:) . I got Emails around 8.00Pm yesterday night saying card production ordered, which changed today to Approval notice sent. Thanks a lot for your support all these years and its been fantastic helping others and being helped by others on this forum:) . Here are my details:
EB3 India
PD 05/04 (labour approved in 4 weeks)
I-140/485 RD 08/15/2004
I-140 AD 05/05
I-485 AD 08/08/2007
Still waiting to get the RFE on my advance parole since 07/01/2007.
Had Status checked with TSC with the help of Congressman/senators.


You may be on the next approval list!! Keep Hope!!!

Luds

I had LUD on my I-485 on 07/05, 07/06, 07/09, 07/11/07 then nothing. My congressman did inquiry with TSC and they called me yesterday that TSC had responded to their request, saying that I am clear on my name/security checks and due to Visa unavailability i have to wait till october to see any changes. Then i was surprised to see the EMail approvals yesterday night from USCIS:) .
No LUDS on I-140, but had to use congressmans help to get it approved in 2005, as they were neglecting my case

Congratulations!

Can you post the date on which your congressman got a reply from USCIS about "visa number unavailability" ? My congressman's office got the same response for my case from TSC recently.
 
My congressman got a reply on 08/08/07 afternoon by email that Visa Numbers are Unavailable and i have to wait till Oct. 07 to see any new changes. This was further confirmed by fact the my senator had called me a day before (08/07/07) with the same anwer( she had a letter from USCIS).
I Think, many applications were assigned Visa numbersa in June and mine could be one of them.
