Finally our I-485 is approved . Today morning we got LUD and Status
changed , Status says 'Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident'

Labor state???

Hello, I485 approvals from NSC

I have seen a lot of approvals from NSC today. Could you pl share from which state your labor was from.

I have seen a lot from Illinois today not any from Michigan. Is that NSC is processing based on a labor filing state or any other formula.

Our Labour is from Illinois . I don't think Labour matters . We opened Service request 2 weeks back . Last week we got response saying that our case is under review and will hear response from 60 to 90 days .

I don't know whether service request helped or just like others we also got it our approval . I hope all of you get your approvals very soon
