Hi All,

As every morning, first thing I do is log onto my account, to check for any LUDs. I saw 4/5/07, clicked on the case #, and no change: still pending at the service center.

At lunch, I went to check my Yahoo! mail, and there I saw it: 3 emails from CRIS. Could this be it?

YES!!!

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On April 5, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this
I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS.
Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you
receive the notice, call customer service.


So my journey ends here, and now all I need is to wait for the physical card to come in.

Congrats and can you please answer a question

Congratulations on your GC approval. Can you please answer these questions?

When your case was transferred from VSC to NYC did you get a separate notice in mail from VSC other than the email?

Also when it was transferred back to VSC from NYC did you again get any written notice from NYC.

My case was transferred recently from VSC to Pittsburgh, PA, I just got an email and nothing after that.

I really dont know what's going on.

Your last FP was Feb 2nd...and your 485 got approved on April 6th....wow ...almost 2 months!...U must have been on your edge these past 2 months...(logging into check for LUDs everyday!)

I think you should get something in the mail. I recall the letter said any questions regarding the case should be directed to the Garden City, NY office.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah I was getting very excited every day, especially the last few LUDs. At first I thought Garden City was going to approve, and then when it went back to VT I figured it was going to be very very soon, but you never know with USCIS.

Last email I got was Card odered April 5th. I'll post here when I get the actual card.
