Do one has to got for Stamping for getting the Plastic card or will it come even without getting the passport stamped.

To order the card they need the latest photographs and finger prints. When you go for stamping they take your finger prints and you have to give two photographs which they send it for printing the card. So you need to go for stamping to receive the card. Hope this explains ....
