I have been a silent visitor to this forum since a long time. This forum has been so helpful.

Every approval gave me hope and I feel my approval will give hope to others as well. I wish speedy approval for everyone particularly people who have been waiting since 2002.

I am trying to get infopass appointment but it keeps saying its not available at this time, try again later. I am trying for Tampa office. I have to get one for my wife and son too. Any suggestions?

Not bad but not the fastest, 11 months. One reports it only takes 7 months from the TSC since concurrent filing.

I hear i485 filing via L1a goes very fast (GC soon is also L1a) So you should get approved anytime soon! The only thing I can think of is your name check. Have you made an inquiry to the FBI about it?

Yes my Name Check is complete in July 2003
Sent an email to FBI and they responded last week

Here is my status L1-A(EB1-C)

140 approved: July 2003
FD 485: Feb 23, 2003
RD 485: March 28, 2003
1st FP: April 2003
2nd FP: Oct 2004

Sent inquiry through lawyer on Feb 2005 and got reply on April 5 saying: "...it is delayed due to overload ...".

Still waiting for 485 approval!
